Michelle Pacey has a diverse work experience, starting in 1999 with Future plc as an Advertising Director. Michelle worked in various markets and was responsible for leadership, team management, revenue growth, and mergers and acquisitions. In 2006, they joined Ascential as the Creative Solutions Director for Yours Magazine, where they revamped the magazine's proposition. In 2007, they joined the allpay Group and set up a publishing house, launching 24housing Magazine, award ceremonies, and a website. In 2014, they became the Commercial and Marketing Director for allpay Limited, and in 2018, they became the Director of Card Services for allpay.cards. Michelle Pacey also briefly worked as a Non-Executive Director for Rude Wines in 2019. In July 2021, Michelle was promoted to the role of Managing Director at allpay Limited.
Michelle Pacey is currently pursuing a Wine Steward/Sommelier qualification at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust starting in 2023. Prior to this, they earned a BA (Hons) Degree in Business, Media, Marketing, and French from the University of South Wales.
