Previously the Private Equity division of Aberdeen Asset Management, we arrange finance for management buyouts, acquisition finance, expansion capital and development capital, for companies valued at up to £25 million throughout the UK. Specialising in fast-growing companies across the private and small cap arena, we provide the full range of private equity services to our client base. We manage around £300 million for a variety of client funds, and our investment team has a wide range of industry and sector knowledge and experience, allowing us to source, analyse and execute the best deals for our clients.
