Max Neukirchen is responsible for leading JP Morgan's Payments & Commerce Solutions business, where he holds full end-to-end accountability across Go-to-market and Sales, Product Development and Maintenance, Engineering and Technology, as well as Operations and Client Service. The global Payments & Commerce Solutions platform under his leadership encompasses a wide range of services, including Pay-In businesses like Merchant Services and Receivables, Pay-Out businesses such as real-time payments, wires, ACH, and Commercial Cards, along with all payments-related value-added services like analytics and FX. Max oversees these operations across North America, EMEA, LatAm, and APAC, ensuring the delivery of innovative and comprehensive solutions to clients globally.
