Since 1994, I have been investing private equity focused on software companies. I am fortunate to have partnered with exceptional management teams driven to create innovative businesses. I believe my experience advising companies through the numerous challenges to obtain sustainable growth is valuable to most management teams. My investment experience covers a broad group of software companies including current investments in VersaPay, Mineral Tree, Paytronix, One Inc, Network Merchants, Inc., Reward Gateway, Vanco Payment Solutions, Inc., and BlueSnap. Also, I was fortunate to have served on the Boards of AffiniPay, Chrome River Technologies, PlanSource, Freightquote.com, Inc., bswift, LLC, PayChoice, Passport Health Communications, Inc., Accelerated Payment Technologies, Inc., SterilMed, Inc., SecureWorks, Inc., BillMatrix Corporation, and SmartMail, LLC. Prior to Great Hill Partners, I was an associate at GTCR Golder Rauner, a $6 billion private equity investment firm. In addition to private equity investing, I was a Senior Associate at Accenture and a founding member of PureSpeech, Inc., a speech recognition software company acquired by Voice Control Systems.
