Currently I serve as the Vice President of Product Management and GM for Zuora CPQ, Billing , Payments and Collections enabling the digital transformation of customers from Quote/Cart to Cash. Extensive experience leading product management for Dynamics 365. Dynamics 365 applications provide end-to-end, intelligent, cloud-based SaaS offerings covering customer engagement (CRM) and Operations ( ERP ). Dynamics 365 includes core applications and integration to data first, AI infused business intelligence. Worked on Microsoft Intelligence Platform that includes market leading BI (Power BI) and rapidly growing Analytics offerings from Microsoft. With a successful track record in Product Management, Program Management, Engineering, Product Planning, Customer Experience, and Customer Success in the enterprise software industry (20+years), I enjoy taking on varied challenges, creating high-value services, products and programs, and driving concepts from inception to successful execution. As a D&I champion, I have initiated and led multiple women’s groups and continue to learn every day with curiosity and passion. I enjoy mentoring, coaching, and building leaders.
