With more than 20 years of executive experience in global financial services, I lead Western Union’s second biggest region, Europe & CIS, as well as Africa.

Operating at the cross-section of business, innovation and thought leadership, I have led Western Union’s transformation in my region, which today sees the company being able to bridge the digital and physical worlds at a scale and reach that are unmatched in the market.

I lead a diverse team of passionate professionals that each day strives to deliver for our customers and partners, making money transfers faster and more reliable, and building partnerships with some of Europe’s biggest financial institutions and post offices to help them enhance customer loyalty and experience.

I am an advocate for financial inclusion and for a world where access to financial services is a right for all. I am proud to be working for a company that is purpose-driven and connects people and businesses, seamlessly, even in remote parts of the world to the global economy.

A true global citizen, working in a company of global citizens, I have worked and lived in Italy, Ireland and UK, having managed along the way all the major European markets in a wide range of senior roles.
