About Masha Maharaj

Masha Maharaj is the Securities Services Cluster Head for Sub Saharan Africa and the Securities Services Head for South Africa at Citi. She has more than 20 years of securities services experience covering all client segments including Pension Funds. Prior to Citi, She was with the Standard Bank of South Africa where she held multiple leadership positions which included, Head of Custody for South Africa, Head of Product for Investor Services, Head of Client Services, Head of Global Strategy, Network Manager for Africa and Market Development Manager for Africa. Masha Maharaj has a passion for developing women in leadership and is part of the Citi Women’s Forum. she holds an MBA from the University of Pretoria through Gibs Business School and a BCom through the University of South Africa.
