About Mark Monaco

Mark Monaco is Head of Global Transaction Services (GTS) and Enterprise Payments at Bank of America Corporation, a role he assumed in 2023. Most recently, he served as Head of Enterprise Payments. Before joining Bank of America, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at iPayment Inc. Prior to that, he was Head of Principal Investments at Brooklyn NY Holdings LLC. Earlier in his career, Monaco served in several roles with Windward Capital Management and Credit Suisse First Boston. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a BA in Social Anthropology from Harvard University.
