Mark McSpadden is the Vice President of Global Product Strategy & Experience at American Express Global Business Travel working to shape the future of products that impact the travel industry. Prior to joining AMEX GBT, Mark worked at Sabre, a leading travel technology company in roles across Travel Network, Hospitality Solutions, and Technology. He previously served as VP of Emerging Products & Technology, exploring the future of travel and technology through Sabre Labs and Sabre Studios. In addition to his travel industry experience, Mark has an extensive ecommerce and technology background in areas from financial services to retail. He is also always up for a good code contest or hackathon. Mark's experiences have made him a sought after voice and a key industry thought leader in travel and technology. He has spoken at conferences and events across the globe including TEDx, AI World, ITB Berlin, GBTA, and HTNG. In addition to his speaking, Mark has been featured in publications such as TechCrunch, NBC News, and Tnooz. Away from the technology, Mark enjoys starting the day with a great breakfast and exploring the world with his wife and 3 young daughters.
