About Marco Santos

Marco has a degree in computer science from the University of São Paulo (USP), MBAs in international trade and in commerce and international relations from FIA-USP, international business management from the University of Illinois, as well as specialization courses at organizations such as MIT and Singularity University. Marco is passionate about encouraging others to keep up with all the innovations exponential technologies offer and shares his knowledge through delivering lectures at companies and organizations such as Cubo Itaú, Santander, Serasa Experian, Banco do Brasil, Banco Original, and CEAP, amongst others. With a career spanning more than 20 years in the information technology industry, since joining GFT in 2011, Marco’s main goals have been helping GFT’s clients disrupt their businesses, creating a premium brand of IT services for banks and financial institutions, and expanding the company’s operations within the USA and Latin America. Prior to joining GFT, Marco held executive positions at multinational and national companies such as TATA Consultancy Services, Oracle, CPM Capgemini and Organic Inc.
