I am a Partner in the Milan office of PwC, with over 20 years of experience in advising Financial Services Institutions with a focus on business models, digital transformation, customer centricity, cards and payments. I lead the FS Strategy & Operations Practice and our EMEA Payments & OpenBanking Centre of Excellence (CoE) I helped large and mid-sized retail banks in implementing business transformation projects, branch network transformation and operation excellence.
