About Marcin Miller

I have long-standing experience in developing effective strategies for organizations of all sizes including global corporations, local champions, family businesses, start-ups, and PE/sovereign funds. I also advise world-leading governments on economic development topics.

For over 10 years I have been helping my clients to develop corporate strategies, market entry and sales strategies, marketing and branding plans, run digital transformation programs (including setting up new ventures e.g. fintech), and lead restructuring processes. I have also supported leading PE funds in M&A transactions (DD, VDD) and post-merger integration of their portfolio companies.

I am currently based in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Together with my team in McKinsey we are helping MNCs and Vietnamese private and state-owned companies to succeed in Vietnam and in Southeast Asia.
