(Emo Technologies is now INTNT.AI) Founder and CEO of INTNT.AI, an A*STAR spin-off. Our mission is to make AI human-centric. We build on the research of human emotions and verbal responses to offer a Natural Language Understanding (NLU) solution for ChatBots and other bot-based applications, such as social listening automation. It works straight out of the box and across multiple Asian languages. No training data required. My career spans over 20 years and across 3 continents, including roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Wolff Olins and at various start-ups in Europe and Asia. I won the UKTI/DBA Award, co-wrote several investment papers with Goldman Sachs and have been quoted by Reuters, Bloomberg and the FT.
