About Louise O’Shea

I am a founding Board member and Chair of FinTech Wales, an organisation that supports start-up, scale-up and existing fintech businesses as Wales seeks to become a leading player in the global fintech community. I also chair the Insurtech 2.0 advisory panel and recently accepted the position of Non-Executive Director at CFC Underwriting, in order to further support our industry and community.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my two wonderful daughters (aged 4 and 6) and playing the piano – when I have the time!
