Leslie is an experienced Business Development, CMO and Digital Experience leader with a track record of success building and driving growth and transformation at early stage through to large global financial institutions.
She is now the Chief Growth Officer of Pagaya, a financial technology company working to reshape the lending marketplace by using machine learning, big data analytics, and sophisticated AI-driven analysis technology. Leslie was most recently the Chief Marketing Officer for JP Morgan Chase, with responsibility for marketing, advertising, media, sponsorships and customer research and insights for the Chase, J.P. Morgan and J.P. Morgan Chase Brands. Leslie also was the firm’s President of CoBrand Cards, which partnered with some of the best known airline, hotel, ecommerce and entertainment brands to become the largest Co-Brand Cards Portfolio in the world.
Previously, Leslie served more than 25 years in senior marketing, product and business development roles at Citi, Bank of America and MBNA, including assignments in Canada and the U.K. Before joining Chase, she was the Chief Marketing Officer of Citi’s Global Consumer Bank, accountable for driving business growth across 18 countries.
Leslie earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Spanish from the University of Delaware and was Captain of the Women’s Division 1 Tennis Team. She has held many board member and director roles including the Ad Council, Please Touch Museum of Philadelphia, Delaware Bankers Association and the MasterCard U.K. Forum. She was recognized as a Top 25 CMOs to Watch by Business Insider in 2020.
