About Leigh O’Neill
I have experience working in financial services in the UK, US and Australia and firmly believe having customers’ best interests at heart is the basis for creating trust and building long relationships.
Growing up the daughter of a small business owner in South East England, I saw firsthand the importance of the relationships my father built with his customers and the significant investment in these relationships over the long-term. It’s these fundamental values that have shaped my desire to truly understand customers and find ways to exceed their expectations. This is what has driven me throughout my career, and I’m passionate about helping customers succeed and meet their goals. It is a privilege to play a role in any customers life, and I am focussed on ensuring we deliver the services and support our customers need.
I believe there’s more to business than business. I’m a strong advocate for corporate responsibility and a passionate supporter of diversity and inclusion in the workplace as in society, and in financially empowering women. I believe embracing inclusion drives long term success.
