I pursued my ACCA accreditation and was qualified in 2003 and now, I currently sit as an advisor to the ACCA on their Global Technology forum. ACCA is the largest Accounting Association globally with 214,000 qualified members, 600,000 students, and counting.

With two decades of expertise in accounting, recruitment consultancy, sales, and coaching, I have consistently played a critical role in helping SME’s leverage technology to scale their business processes and operate more effectively. I was introduced to the Irish Australian Chamber of Commerce and a passion to help small businesses grew. And when Xero came along, I knew the opportunity was not be missed.

In my first two years at Xero, I helped to build a high performing team that supported Accountants and SME’s on their digital journey. The team under me thrived and six members were promoted, along with the exponential growth in our revenue. Currently, as the Managing Director of Xero (Asia), I am focused on helping SMEs within Asia maximize profits, digitize their business, and focus on understanding the financial health of the business by using cloud tools. Xero is a cloud accounting software company focused not just on helping SMEs manage digitally and adequately but also as a partner that is here to provide sound support and knowledge.
