About Kathleen Pierce-Gilmore

Kathleen Pierce-Gilmore is PayPal’s Vice President and General Manager, Americas Consumer Credit. In this role, Kathleen is responsible for all aspects of our consumer business in the Americas. Prior to PayPal, Kathleen was Managing Vice President, CoBrand Card Partnerships, at Capital One where she led all aspects of Capital One’s co-brand card business and prior to that, led the operations of all marketing efforts for the U.S. card business, from acquisition through customer management as well as the loyalty and rewards programs.Earlier in her career, Kathleen was at American Express, where she was the Vice President of Small Merchant Optimization and Development, responsible for growing and optimizing the company's merchant base. Kathleen Pierce-Gilmore is currently a SVP Issuer Solutions at Visa. Kathleen brings experience from previous roles at Tala, Infinicept, Silicon Valley Bank and Sezzle. Kathleen Pierce-Gilmore holds a 1995 - 1999 Bachelor Of Arts in Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry @ Northwestern University.
