Justin Llewellyn-Jones is the Head of Capital Markets, North America (Equities & Derivatives) at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., with responsibility for business operations and product strategy. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, he was the Global Head of Derivatives at Fidessa/ION prior to joining Broadridge. He was also Chief Operating Officer for Fidessa’s U.S. business, and as COO, Llewellyn-Jones oversaw all operations across the U.S., with primary focus on directing Fidessa’s SaaS solutions as well as R&D, operations, infrastructure and client services. Previously, he served as managing director of Fidessa’s U.S. hosted services business from July 2008 to May 2011 and was the senior vice president of service delivery for Fidessa’s U.S.-hosted services business from April 2005 to July 2008. Before that, amongst various roles, he was director of client services at ADP-Wilco from October 1999 to April 2005 and started his career working in various roles at NatWest from 1994 to 1997. Llewellyn-Jones is a member of FIA’s Chicago Division and Market Technology Division member, as well as a member of SIFMA’s Digital Assets Working Group. He was also previously a member of the CFTC’s Technical Advisory Committee. Llewellyn-Jones attended Cardiff University, earning a MSc, Computer Science degree and studied at The University of Manchester, where he earned a Bachelor of Law degree. Justin Llewellyn-Jones is a veteran financial technology executive who was named chief operating officer of Trading Technologies on December 4, 2023, starting as on January 1, 2024.
