About Joyce Warner

Passionate about and accomplished at strengthening and growing mission-driven organizations, Joyce Warner has over 20 years of organizational leadership experience. Currently Joyce serves as the Chief Business Officer of the Casualty Actuarial Society. Joyce is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Previously Joyce served as Executive Director of The Federal Employee Education and Assistance Fund (FEEA), a national 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and President of FEEA's for profit subsidiary, FEEA Childcare Services, Inc. Joyce’s other experience includes serving as Senior Vice President & Chief of Staff of IREX, a global development and education organization; Deputy Director of the US-Ukraine Foundation's Community Partnerships Project; and Program Manager at Wellstart International, working in the areas of maternal and child health protection. She received her BA from SUNY at Stony Brook, her MA from American University, and her MBA from Virginia Tech.
