About Jordan Wexler
I am a serial entrepreneur who builds creative solutions to problems through rigorous strategic planning and effective execution. I have vast experience in product development, sales, program design, team management, and business growth.
I am currently the CEO of EarlyBird, a fintech mobile app focused on parents opening custodial accounts for their kids and then offering the ability for friends and family to gift an investment into these kids future. EarlyBird is an RIA and an all-in-one robo-advisor for the next generation.
I was previously the COO of Agility.IO, a software development company that works to build digital products for growth-stage startups and enterprise companies. I oversaw a team of 230 people based in three offices; NYC, Vietnam and Singapore.
I launched my first startup in 2012, SucceedOverseas, in Qingdao, China that conducted corporate consulting for Chinese companies that were expanding into the American market. The focus was on empowering individuals to be their best selves and learn the necessary cultural differences to be successful in acclimating to their new environments. SucceedOverseas got acquired in the 2014 by a large training agency called Chiway Education Investment Co.,Ltd..
In 2014, I started my second venture in NYC and Shanghai, China called SocialSway. The company was a creative technology consulting firm that focused on helping American based non-profits, social start-ups, and social impact ventures on expanding their services and products through branding and digital development.
I have also worked for 8 years in the field of education and criminal justice reform. In 2014, my father, Dr. Harry K. Wexler and I launched a non-profit called Recovery Through Entrepreneurship (RTE) that teaches digital literacy and entrepreneurial skills to ex-felons. The origin of RTE stemmed from the disconnect between recidivism reduction and employment opportunities that have remained highly recalcitrant to change. The goal is to build a digital platform and conduct in-person trainings that can provide the tools necessary to learn, grow, and take action to find sustainable careers.
