Having started my career washing cars at the age of 14 to earn some cash, I subsequently joined the BMW Group as a Marketing Graduate. After spending 13 years with roles across marketing, sales, operations and strategy, I joined PayByPhone – a rapidly growing technology business that operates in the parking sector – following its acquisition by Volkswagen Financial Services.

As CEO of PayByPhone UK I am responsible for ensuring we achieve high growth targets and effectively manage all elements of the UK business including the P&L. I’m passionate about building great teams and taking a strengths based approach to team development.

As co-host of “Ride: The Urban Mobility Podcast” I enjoy exploring trends in mobility to understand what the means for businesses, consumers and municipalities alike.

I am non-executive director of “RISE”, a social enterprise based in Glasgow that helps refugee women seek permanent employment.

Outside of work I am a family man, who along with my wife is responsible for raising two disruptors.
