Johnny Mitrevski is a passionate technology and people leader experienced in delivering high-performance software applications for leading digital brands, telecommunications, finance, and global airline operators. He has successfully built high-performing engineering delivery teams, developed customer-facing digital products, and managed end-to-end programs. He has proven ability to drive digital innovation and introduce new ways of working that increase speed to market and meet changing customer expectations. He possesses excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in directly reporting and working with C-level and head of product and technology roles. Coming from a strong development and Agile background, he is highly skilled and in touch with the latest software development technologies and methodologies.
