About João Sales Caldeira

João Sales Caldeira is a Financial Services Technology Partner at Deloitte Portugal, where he has been working for the last 21 years. Specialized in large core systems, operational transformations, and project implementation on a large scale for the financial services industry, he leads the Industry Solutions Practice, where he is responsible for Deloitte’s relationship with key providers across multiple geographies. João Sales Caldeira has extensive experience working with banks, insurance companies, and payment specialist providers in large multi-geography-based transformation projects and digital transformation initiatives leveraging market-standard products such as Guidewire, DuckCreek, TIA, Outsystems, Mambu, MedNext, Oracle Integration platforms, among others. At the Portuguese firm, João is the leader of the CBO Industry Solutions group and is the Asset Enabled Business leader. He also works as a Lead Client Service Partner (LCSP) in the banking sector.
