About Jing Liao

Ms. Jing Liao serves as Chief Administrative Officer, Business & Transformation Executive at Solera Holdings. She serves as Managing Director of Talent at Vista Equity Partners. She also serves as Advisor at Achieve Partners. She served as Chief Human Resources Officer at SoFi. She is responsible of the total talent strategy for SoFi to drive towards our business goals. Prior to SoFi, she was the President and Chief Commercial Officer at Viridis, and she has also held Chief HR Officer roles at TriNet, Atmel and Avanex. She has been on the Board Executive Compensation Committee of the El Camino Hospital since 2012 and has been a co-chair of the San Francisco CEB Evanta CHRO Summit for the past seven years. She also serves on the Advisory Council at the Center of Human Resources and Labor Studies at University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and is on the board of directors of the Silicon Valley Compensation Association. In 2015, she was named HR Executive of the Year at the American Business Awards, and she received the Top 10 Global Breakaway HR Leader Award in 2014. Jing Liao earned a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industry Relations at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, and a Bachelors of Chemistry at Peking University.
