UKG, a leading AI-first provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions, today announced the appointment of Jim Joudrey as Chief Technology Officer to lead the company’s global engineering and cloud organisation of more than 4,000 people. Joudrey will serve on the UKG executive leadership team and report to CEO Jennifer Morgan.
