About Jeff Paduch

Jeff Paduch joined Advent in 2001 as an Associate focusing on buyout and growth equity investments. Following business school, he rejoined Advent to specialize in investments in the consumer and retail sectors. He also has private equity experience in the business services, healthcare services and industrial technology sectors. Prior to joining Advent, Jeff worked at Bowles Hollowell Conner/First Union, a leading middle market M&A investment bank. Other work experience includes transaction execution in the corporate development group of Danaher Corp. Prior to Advent, Jeff worked in the Financial Sponsors/Leveraged Finance Group of UBS Warburg, where he advised private equity firms on acquisition Jeff Paduch holds a 1996 - 2000 Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, Literature, English Language @ University of Virginia.
