In the past I have advised payment companies on a wide range of legal issues with particular emphasis on obtaining FCA Authorisation, online payments, mobile payments and associated technologies.. Skilled in advising on contract terms with clients, partners and suppliers and on a range of specific legal issues including data protection and intellectual property protection. I teach a masterclass on “The Future of Payments” to International Compliance Training Post Graduate students.
