About James Paul

As Chief Delivery Officer at Alfa I am part of the management and leadership team, working to achieve the company goals and objectives together with setting company strategy. I have responsibility for all of our EMEA projects, providing leadership and expertise with over 20 years’ experience of delivering systems and business change projects. I like building long lasting productive relationships with customers, focussing on the right outcomes and working in partnership to deliver true value. I am responsible for global employee resourcing which covers matching resources to our project team requirements as well as establishing the overall framework and targets for project delivery staff in EMEA. I enjoy working across multiple regions/functions within Alfa to achieve the end delivery results. I am accountable for the delivery methodology for our projects which involves creating and implementing a coherent global project delivery strategy including making improvements to our delivery efficiency and processes as we scale.
