She is at her best when turning uncertainty and chaos into order and harmony. Resourceful and innovative, she always searches out new ways to improve the positive impact of Mobile Telecommunications and Digital ecosystem to the business as well as larger community.

With perseverance, “get-it-done drive” and fearless attitude throughout her career, Haryati “Fey” has been working in several different areas within Mobile Telecommunications and Digital ecosystem that has enabled her in envisioning and executing innovative win-win business model for everyone in the ecosystem.

With more than 22 years’ broad-based experience in Mobile Telecommunications and Digital ecosystem, not only in Indonesia but also globally (specifically in Emerging Markets) she understands how each part of ecosystem functions on a very deep level. She also believes that it is imperative for companies to continuously transform at clock speed as the business dynamics and global competition create entirely new sources of competition. And above building profit/ revenue—investing in the Innovation & hiring, developing and retaining great Talents must be every company’s primary focus to be able to win in sustainable way.

With a Bachelor in Accounting from Parahyangan Catholic University, several year experiences in Financial Audit/ Consulting and many years’ experience in Mobile Telecommunications and Digital ecosystem, Haryati “Fey” has deep expertise in Mobile Telecommunications and Digital industry with strong business acumen.

Her passions away from work include sports, traveling, plantbased cooking & nutrition, and reading.
