About Guy Harrison

I'm CTO at Southbank Software - creators of ProvenDB (provenDB.com) and dbKoda (dbKoda.com). Previously I was VP of Software Engineering at Quest Software, which for a while was part of Dell. At Quest, I was the inventor of market leading database tools and the technical leader for the database tools group. As such, I directed both strategic vision and execution for a product portfolio which generated more than a billion dollars of revenue during my tenure. My development organization spanned four continents. I'm an IT professional with experience in a range of disciplines, technologies and practices but probably best known both for my longstanding involvement in relational databases such as Oracle and MySql and for emerging database technologies such as CockrochDB, MongoDB and Blockchain.
