Previously, I was the Citigroup’s global product manager for surveillance technology, where I was responsible for developing the vision and charting the firm’s technology path to machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in surveillance. Before, I managed the communication surveillance technology group at Citigroup, covering text and voice surveillance throughout the globe. Before Citi, I held senior product management roles at NICE Systems and CyberTech and successfully launched to market several enterprise applications.
