MembersCap, a Bermuda-regulated investment manager, and Archax, the digital asset exchange, broker, and custodian, have launched the first tokenised institutional-grade reinsurance fund, MCM Fund I. MCM Fund I combines MembersCap's specialised reinsurance expertise with Archax's digital platform and aims to deliver uncorrelated, high yield returns through multi-blockchain deployment with dual fiat and digital currency subscriptions.

Crypto Risk Metrics has secured Archax, the first registered crypto company in the UK, for their ESG data offering for cryptocurrencies. Archax will use this data to stay compliant with MiCAR regulation for their Spanish entity, the recently acquired Spanish broker King & Shaxson Capital Markets, Sociedad de Valores, S.A.
