Gavin Chapman has over 30 years of international financial services experience across investment banking and asset management, including various business COO and business head roles. Throughout his career, he has built several successful businesses from the ground up and successfully led large multi-million-pound change programs. Gavin Chapman is expertise spans multiple sectors, including asset management, fixed-income indices, and insurance. Notably, he developed deep investment expertise by running two asset management businesses for Barclays. Leveraging his knowledge within Barclays Non-Core, he led the strategic divestment of over 20 non-core businesses across the group. Gavin Chapman is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ACA), and a member of the Institute of Corporate Treasurers (AMCT).
