Previously Managing Director at HSBC, responsible for the Group KYC operations function across investment, commercial and retail banking across 50 locations. Delivered a number of global transformation programmes across the client lifecycle covering on-boarding, refresh, remediation and client off boarding, set against a background of increased regulatory focus. Held several senior positions, heading up client on boarding at Barclays Capital and Executive Director in UBS’s global banking and markets operations business covering KYC and client data operations.
