About Gabriel Kirestian

I joined Citi Argentina in 1996, working as a Relationship Manager and Corporate Credit Officer for the bank’s client segment. Following that role, I moved to the Latin America Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) office in 2000 as a Regional Sales Manager. I held several different management and client-facing positions in the regional office, including Sales Head for the Technology Media and Telecom (TMT) and Branded Consumer and Healthcare (C&H) sectors. I was appointed to my current position as Regional Payments and Receivables Head in January 2018. In this role, I am responsible for idea generation, product development, roll out and commercialization of all domestic and cross-border payments and receivables solutions at Citi Latin America. Under my guidance, my team leads the digital transformation of the payment ecosystem in the region, including e-Commerce C2B payments, 24/7 Instant Payment schemes, online real time A/R reconciliation, among other innovative solutions for corporate and financial institutions.
