About Finja Carolin Kütz

Finja Carolin Kütz began her career at Oliver Wyman in 1997, promoted to Partner in 2004 advising leading global and local financial services firms. From 2004 to 2010, Finja was Head of the Munich Office Financial Services. In addition, during 2007, she was also appointed Global Head of Marketing and Strategy Financial Services. In 2011, Finja was appointed as Leader of Financial Services for Germany, Switzerland and Austria (DACH). In September 2015 she was appointed CEO Germany, Austria and Luxembourg. Finja Carolin Kütz has been Group Chief Transformation Officer at UniCredit Group since October 2018.  The mathematician is an expert in strategic issues in banks as well as governance and organizational development. Kütz holds a Master of Science in Mathematics and Foundations of Computer Sciences from Oxford University and a diploma in mathematics from the Westfälische Wilhelms University in Münster. Finja Carolin Kütz is currently working as the Co-Managing Director at Mercer Management Consulting Holding GmbH since 2011.
