As career banker and Treasury expert, I have over 25 years of experience across Australia, Singapore and the USA and have always been passionate about creating value for clients through consultative selling and engagement. Throughout my career I have held roles across product management, project management, sales, and headed up consulting groups in the Treasury Services space. I have also spent time as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Treasury Office at Caruso where I gained important perspective as a client of banks and observed both buying and selling by behaviors. I possess broad skill sets covering strategy, planning, sales (P&L), process improvement and people management and development. I have always strived to establish high performing teams by building talent density and empowering individuals to make decisions. Living by the philosophy of “planning is everything, the plan is nothing” I have consistently created successful initiatives that deliver strong pipeline of sales opportunities and strategies for the business.
