Devon Wijesinghe is a serial tech entrepreneur, with a particular focus on data, and currently serves as the EvidentID, the leading 3rd party compliance solution for enterprises. He was most recently the President of Terra Worldwide, a cloud logistics solution provide as well as President of CORL Technologies after leading its growth equity fundraise with Primus Capital. He was also the global head of corporate and business development at Cision (NYSE: CISN), which acquired his previous company (Insightpool merged with Trendkite) for $225 Million. After that he helped architect the $2.7 Billion private equity transaction by Platinum Equity of Cision. He was also a co-founder of e-VERIFILE in his teens and helped build the company into one of the largest privately held data software companies in the nation. This led the company to being acquired by Yucaipa private equity, and resulted in being one of the most profitable exits ever for investors in a southeast technology company, and won Deal of the Year when he was in his twenties.
He was a member of the Atlanta Technology Angels and was named to be on it’s board of directors and then later took over as President, which helped lead the turnaround of angel investing in Atlanta. Mr. Wijesinghe is a member of Young President’s Organization and part of the Southern 7 Chapter and a member of the Atlanta CEO Council.
He also serves as a mentor catalyst in the Advanced Technology Development Center at Georgia Tech to help young tech companies commercialize their ideas and rapidly grow their companies.
He is the founder and CEO of Triple Threat Strategies, his own personal investment firm that invests capital and operational advice in to young growing enterprises.
