About Denise Burkett-Stus

With a deep knowledge of all things payments and fraud management I am an authentic business leader who thrives on setting strategy, executing and delivering results.
In my current role as Head of Cybersource Europe I am tasked with transforming our business over the next 5 years to drive double digit year on year growth. This role encompasses leading and influencing every element of our business, including go to market strategy, solutions, product, client services, sales engineering and finance/investment. I sit on the board of directors in the UK, France and Spain.
With a career that has been built on trust and transparency I have led many digital transformation projects with both merchants and acquirers, I am a natural problem solver, and I thrive on understanding key business challenges and then working to build out winning solutions
I am a keen advocate of Equality in the workplace, as well as Diversity and Inclusion, and I work to ensure that ALL of our valued colleagues feel comfortable and are able to bring their whole selves to a non judgmental work environment. I also encourage true diversity of thought which I believe is so important, we learn so much from each other, and it has been proven that diverse companies have better results that those that aren’t.
Outside of the workplace I love to travel and embrace new cultures, drink good red wine (lifes too short to drink bad wine), and jump on my peloton whenever the urge takes me!
