About Denis Jackson

Denis Jackson is Chief Executive Officer of the Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. “LWDB” (LawDeb). LawDeb is the unique combination of an investment trust managed by James Henderson and Laura Foll and a leading provider of independent professional services (IPS). Listed on the London Stock Exchange LawDeb’s investment objective is to achieve long-term capital growth in real terms and steadily increasing income. The aim is to achieve a higher rate of total return than the FTSE Actuaries All-Share Index Total Return through investing in a diversified portfolio of stocks. Denis Jackson is a significantly experienced leader with over 25 years in financial services from both sell and buy side firms focusing on setting and implementing strategy as well as building infrastructure and driving profitable growth. Denis Jackson has an extensive background in recruiting, building and mentoring teams as well as board level experience from within both listed global brands and highly entrepreneurial private companies. Prior to joining LawDeb in 2017, Denis was at Capita p.l.c. as director of new business enterprise, having been a director at Throgmorton UK Limited (which Capita acquired). Before that, Denis Jackson was regional general manager - Europe and the United States - for Tibra Trading Europe Limited, a FCA regulated proprietary trading company, which he joined from Citigroup (formerly Salomon Brothers). Denis Jackson had spent almost 20 years there in a variety of roles including in Treasury (both in New York and London), as Head of the Finance Desk in Hong Kong, Head of Fixed Income Prime Brokerage in New York and ultimately, Head of EMEA Prime Brokerage Sales.
