Balancing a Big 4 finance training with the ability to adapt, I lead businesses through the cycle of change from start-up flux to efficient, scalable and sustainable operations. Critically, I provide clear leadership where things are ambiguous, establishing control and direction while remaining consciously agile enough to adjust at pace. Seeing businesses through the lens of ‘people’, I facilitate conversations as the conduit between the board, founders, technology, customers and staff. In a space where teams are fluid by necessity, I provide clarity over roles to optimise performance and efficiencies. Drawing on a breadth of financial and commercial experience, I understand how to maximise business performance from a limited resources pool, harnessing a broad skillset to move seamlessly between finance and operations. I am currently partnering with the CEO of Red Dot Payment as COO to drive the business forward. Previous successes include redefining Mint Payments around its payment platform, transitioning the fintech from a white label to a direct-to-consumer business.
