About Darren Marion

I have 10 years experience in Investment Banking (IB) and Wealth Management (WM). I am currently working as the Head of Client Onboarding across Australia and New Zealand for UBS. I'm passionate about keeping teams engaged, valued and motivated to ensure successful delivery of set goals and objectives. Supporting and managing teams across a number of IB business divisions has equipped me with diverse relationship management skills and broad product knowledge. Managing people whilst navigating through the varied number of challenges that are faced from a financial, technological and resource restrictive environment is where I thrive. I am known for my integrity, commitment, transparency whilst always aiming to deliver outstanding outcomes for the firm and the client alike. Out of work I am known to sing a few tunes at family weddings, christenings and the like. I also enjoy keeping fit by participating in fitness events such as the Blackmore Runnings Festival and I donate to The Royal Variety Club.
