Darren Crowther is a highly experienced FinTech leader with extensive experience across various Financial Markets IT roles, including Business Development, Support, Development, Implementations, Testing, and Requirements gathering. Currently, he holds a multi-faceted role within Broadridge as a senior member of the Capital Markets Leadership team. As the Head of Product Management for the international segment of Broadridge Global Technology & Operations Division, he oversees Post Trade Services, Asset Servicing, Securities Finance, Recs & Matching, Swift Solutions, Data and Connectivity Solutions, and Trade and Transaction Reporting. He specializes in Securities Finance and leads Broadridge’s Global Securities Finance and Collateral Management solutions and services.
