Danielle is the Executive Vice President of Product at 24/7 Software, which has built the world's leading Operations Management platform for Leisure, Sports, and Entertainment. Previously, she was the Chief Product Officer at Entelo, where she ran the integration of the ConveyIQ and Entelo solutions post-acquisition. Prior to Entelo, she built ConveyIQ, which was acquired in August 2019. ConveyIQ was the first Intelligent Candidate Engagement platform that scaled communication at all stages of the candidate journey. It solved for both speed and personalization to exponentially improve the recruitment process for hiring teams and candidates and integrated with all major Applicant Tracking Systems. ConveyIQ was recognized as a Top 10 HR Cloud Solution Provider and was a member of the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. Danielle has been a contributing writer to Inc. Magazine, Forbes, The Huffington Post, Wired, and the entrepreneurial guidebook, "Been There, Run That." She was named a Game Changer by Workforce Magazine and a Top Under-30 Entrepreneur by the New England Technology Summit. Danielle was also an Arthur Rock Fellow at Harvard Business School and is a member of the Rock 100. Danielle attended Harvard Business School and achieved Honors while founding Take the Interview, one of the first digital interviewing software companies. Prior to HBS, Danielle was a Private Equity Associate at L Catterton focusing on growth capital investments. She began her career in M&A in Citi's Investment Banking Division, focused on Energy, where she was a top-ranked Analyst. Danielle received an M.B.A. with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.S., summa cum laude, in Applied Economics from Cornell University. She graduated in the top 1% of her business school class, Beta Gamma Sigma with Highest Distinction. Danielle is highly proficient in Serbian and conversational in French. She is a classical pianist and was both a cellist and an opera singer. She is currently the Co-Chair of the first Florida chapter of Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs, supporting the entrepreneurial communities of Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe, and Palm Beach counties.
