From scratch, Dagmar van Ravenswaay Claasen's vision has been that a team should be diverse in order to drive change and deliver tangible results. She has a great interest in other minds and how people act. She gets inspired by nature and singing because of the grounding it offers and it increases the quality of life.
During her career, she's worked in different fields, always dedicated to the cause and impact of the company. Because she believes in the importance of the integrity and sustainability of companies, she's been driving change in different settings:
In 2005, she started Daxivin, a -biological only- wine company. At that time, a non-conventional step and now mainstream.
As team lead on financial institutions, she initiated a proactive role for DNB by being more intrusive on integrity and sustainability.
In the scale-up phase of Adyen, she was responsible for connecting the global growth strategy with the requirements of financial regulations and related governance, both internally and externally.
At The Happy Activist, she helps with the growth strategy to have as many people as possible contribute to impact initiatives.
