About Conor Murphy

I have considerable experience in the worlds of technology, finance and property – the three areas in which I have started and run my own businesses. I am the founder and CEO of Capricorn Financial Consultancy, a mortgage brokerage offering a full range of financial planning services. The company was established in 2005 and has gone from strength to strength. It is now London’s largest independently owned mortgage broker, having handled £1.4 billion of lending in 2017. In 2017, using my experience as a mortgage adviser, I set up Smartr365 – a state-of-the-art technology platform aimed at streamlining the process of obtaining a professionally advised mortgage and allowing mortgage brokers and advisers to manage their clients’ portfolios easily from one place. I am also the chief executive of CDCJ Investments, which develops, lets, and operates real estate across West London
