Working in financial services through-out my career spanning periods in Financial Institutions, Software Companies and Global Consultancies across Europe, North America and Asia in a range of capacities from delivery/consulting projects to executive sales, business development and client management.
These roles have given me an in depth knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, and in particular how enabling architectures, software, operating models and processes are orchestrated to deliver successful customer engagement outcomes. Using this experience I develop propositions that match client need, bringing together software (cloud, AI/ML and Open APIs for example), innovative delivery models, consulting methodologies and expertise all wrapped with a healthy dose of pragmatic commercial considerations.
Core competencies include driving customer relationships within financial services, business development, consulting, proposition and program development and solution based sales, operational optimisation for Fintech firms, strategic business solution development, business start ups in the Fintech space and strong customer consulting engagements to drive the right solutions.
Most recent roles have focused in on the digital and innovation space, working with some of the globes leading banks to support discovery and delivery strategies to meet the ‘digitilisation’ and open banking challenges of existing operating models. Extensive working relationships with major solution providers for cloud, SaaS and BaaP solutions.
