About Charlie McIver

Charlie McIver serves as nCino's Vice President of Customer Success in EMEA. In this role, Charlie oversees all of nCino's customer experience functions and customer success strategy in Europe, including implementation, support, training, integrations and customer success management. A qualified engineer, Charlie has more than 20 years of experience in financial technology. Prior to joining nCino in 2017, Charlie was the European Managing Director for Stanchion Payment Systems and a Board Director of data analytics startup, Brytlyt. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Communication from the University of Wales, Swansea.
