Katharine is a driven self-starter who is passionate about identifying top talent and managing all aspects of the human resources function. Currently part of the talent acquisition team for Link Group, a market leading provider of technology-enabled administration solutions.
Katharine's extensive experience in the recruitment function has seen her gain special capabilities in building relationships; both from a stakeholder perspective and candidate management angle. Multi-skilled across staffing solutions in various industries, such as trades and technical, executive level finance, accounting, logistics and procurement.
Katharine possesses a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management), with double majors in industrial relations and employment law. She is currently undertaking her Masters in Employment Law & Relations.
In her time in recruitment some of her achievements have been managing large scale bulk recruitment campaigns delivering on 100+ roles to the one client and project managing the campaign from end to end; winning her overall top performer status nationally.
Katharine is a highly results driven individual with proven track sales records both in an individual capacity and heading sales teams for large financial service providers in the banking sector, prior to moving into human resources and recruitment.
